Car Dealerships And Email Marketing | WEB-DESIGN,WEB ...

So what does a car dealership do in order to generate and retain business? What venues are there for car dealers, other than the traditional and well-practiced ones, to promote themselves?

Email marketing for car dealerships is a relatively new but profitable and very easy to use method to draw people into a lot and entice them to buy cars. The old business model-buying full-page ads in the local newspaper-no longer works, not with newspapers cutting pages seemingly by the day and ad space tougher to get than ever.

And with fewer people than ever reading newspapers, car dealerships and email marketing is a marriage made in heaven because it will lure the younger generation, which is used to relying on the Internet whenever it needs to search for something new, as well as appeal to older people who have either embraced the new technologies and/or grown frustrated with newspapers.

Email marketing for car dealerships will allow dealers to stay in constant contact with customers and potential customers and help keep them informed of dealership news and offers. While focusing on the business should always be the main objective of these newsletters, email marketing for car dealerships can also help build the relationship between dealers and buyers, particularly in smaller towns, by taking a folksier, more personal approach and letting subscribers know of good news within the dealership (i.e. when one of the dealers gets married or has a child).

The best part about email marketing for car dealerships is how easy it is to implement the software. It can be started by arming each salesman with a pad and a pen and asking anyone with whom he or she meets to write down their email address. It is more routine for someone to give out his or her email address today than it was to give out a phone number 20 years ago.

Once armed with this information, anyone in the office with computer training can implement the email marketing software and manage the program-no need to hire a third party to handle things. Each message can be easily customized (with the logo of the dealership, links to the company?s website and telephone contact numbers, just to name three examples) so that recipients know they are getting a real message, not a piece of spam.

Whether you are a dealing with new cars from big names such as Hyundai and Toyota, or a used car lot appealing to a more budget-conscious buyer who hopes to buy and coax many more years out of a pre-driven vehicle, email marketing for car dealerships is a viable and productive solution. Look into getting the necessary email marketing software today!

Selective Breeding ? drumrider

This entry is going to piss people off.? I know this.? Please, if you are easily offended, place emotion over science, are a firm supporter of John B. Watson?s extreme behaviouralism (ie tabula rasa) are too stubborn to listen to reason, are too ignorant to consume scientific data, a?die hard animal lover, or just an idiot? please do not read this, because all it will lead to is a flame war on my comment posts about?how your dog is the ?specialist.? Quite frankly, I don?t have time to argue on my blog.? It?s my blog, and I am as direct, expressive, and genuine as always.? I am respectful enough to give you warning of what is to come in the coming paragraphs.? If you don?t like it, please skip this entry.

The age old debate is coming to a synergistic end.? We once asked ?is behaviour determined by nature or nurture?.? Most modern day scientists believe both.? Nurture brings out nature.? In other words, the environment determines how genes are expressed.? It?s called epigenetics.? This is why you can have identical twins sharing the same dna, and one develops a highly familial mental illness like schizophrenia or bi-polar, and the other does not.?? The ill twin had some sort of environmental trigger that the well twin did not recieve.? This is known as the diathesis stress model.

Where am I going with this?? Well, humans don?t have controlled breeding, though we do have a type of asortative mating.? However, most of the domesticated animals in our lives did not come to be in that way.? Not including wild canines, dogs are selectively bred.? Poodles, German sheppards, beagles and besengies exist because we bred them for specific purposes, almost always to serve us.

For example-?let?s say you are an aristocratic fox hunter.? You need an animal fast enough to catch foxes, something?low to the ground to navigate under brush, but maybe with a white tipped tail so you don?t??lose it in the woods.? It would need an extrememly keen sense of smell, to the point where finding a scent is its one true goal and pleasure in life.? The dog would also need a loud, distinctive bark, so that when the prey is cornered or treed, you can locate the dog, and shoot the prey.? It would have to be determined, ignoring all other distractions but the prey.? As an aristocrat, you probably only hunt periodically as a social event, so the dog would need to live in your home, and therefore have an excellent disposition, especially with your children.? You would also need this dog to accept your aristocratic friends who come over for brandy and cigars, therefore, this dog needs to be non-territorial.? Enter into our? lives- the beagle.? Friendly, damned cute, dumb as a stump, but let the thing off leash and you have 30 lbs of squirrel chasing fury.? Beagles, though in need of heavy training, make excellent hunting and family dogs.? They make very poor seeing eye dogs.

Picture this- you are a foul hunter, living in a damp, cool, coastal region.? When you shoot a goose or a duck, you need a dog who is an excellent swimmer to go in the water and get it.? This dog must have thick waterproof fur to survive the elements.? Other than swimming, it has two great loves in life. 1)? Bringing stuff back.? Whether a goose from the lake, your slippers, or a cold beer from the fridge, this dog loves to bring you stuff.? 2)? pleasing its master.? It is happiest when it does what its master says, and with training, can be very obedient.? This dog is usually highly intelligent, and must know the difference of what to bring back and what to leave.? Enter the golden retriever.? Because these dogs are easy to please, and love to fetch, they?can be?excellent seeing eye dogs with adequate training.? They would do very poorly in a survival situation as without guidance, they may starve.

And let?s say you like just watching dogs for sport, specifically dog racing.? You would need a dog that is extremely fast, with a lean frame, almost no body fat.? This dog would be focussed on a target, and be passive enough to get along well with other dogs as to not have a dog fight in the middle of the track.?It would need very thin skin to not overheat in races during warm months.? Enter the greyhound.? Greyhounds are the perfect racing dog with adequate training, but would make very poor fighting dogs due to their non competitive nature, lanky frame and thin skin.

But what if your sport was dog fighting?? What if your form of entertainment was watching small animals rip each other to shreds.? You would need to breed a dog that was low to the ground, with a short, stocky build.? It would need thick skin to prevent puncture.? This dog would also need a jaw that pointed upwards to have better access to its apponent?s jugular.? It would be highly territorial, and have an abnormal tolerance for pain compared to other dogs.? With training, this dog can be a prize fighter.? It can probably be trained to be a wonderful family dog, but with the genetic background, the threshold for trigger is lower.

Now if you are easily offended, or a die hard behaviouralist, or? a bleeding heart animal lover, and you continuted to read this despite my warning, you are probably saying ?how DARE you!? My family had a mastiff/ bull terrier/ pit bull? and it was the gentlest thing ever!? It?s the owner that is the problem?.? My answer to you ?the plural of anecdote is not data?.? Yes, most of these animals can make very good family pets with proper training, but? that doesn?t change their genetic code.? It will take more training and more work to have a gentle pit bull than a gentle beagle.? It will take less of a trigger to have a killer mastiff than it will to have?a killer cocker spaniel.?What kinds of triggers?? Maybe it?s an abusive owner.? That makes sense.? But what if it?s not the owner who is abusive.? What if you have a rambunctious 2 year old.? The toddler will pull the dogs tail, dig into its skin with tonka trucks, poke its eyes with pencils, and all other manner of animal torture.

Now, I am aware that more dog bites come from poodles and jack russels, but a jack russel isn?t capable of bringing down a half tonne cow.?? Most of these dogs do not bring down half tonne cows.? Most of these dogs never attack.? But, there is far more potential for their aggressive genes to be expressed than in a dog bred to serve and please.? Any dog with teeth can attack, but you need to ask yourself- which dog is more likely bred to do so?? And, would you want this dog around your?2 year old.

In conclusion- breed does not determine behaviour.? but, it sure as hell does influence it.

What To Look For In Next-gen Of Gaming Consoles

Thirty years ago, in the seventies, a revolutionary device captured the gaming industry, it was a gaming console. Nowadays, gaming has become a powerful forte of the industry. It is popular with users of almost all age groups.

There is a tough competition between video game Majors and it is expected to churn out amazing surprises in near future. Nintendo has already unveiled its next-generation game console Wii U, earlier this year. But, other majors like Microsoft and Sony has not said anything officially about its gaming consoles.

Lets dig deep to find what to expect from the Next Generation of Game Consoles:

Smarter and Speedier hardware: The type of hardware that we can expect in next-gen consoles will be much advanced. Actually, it is very much determined by their release date.

If the next-gen gaming console ship in 2012, their chips will come from relatively cost-effective 32nm manufacturing. These chips are supposed to be almost eight times the computing power and cache in the same-size. But, is the chip systems arrive late in 2013, theres a chance that the chip makers will use a 22nm process, which will deliver 16 times the transistors per square millimeter.

Controllers: Game controllers havent changed much since first gaming console debuted more than 30 years ago. First, it was joysticks, buttons, and triggers, then Power Glove came into existence and these days Touchscreens and special remote controls offer exciting new possibilities for player input.

On the other hand, most of PC gamers still rely on the sturdy mouse and keyboard combination, its expected that that the future of the console is some innovative controller-optional.

Online Services: Services like Game distribution, downloadable content, online multiplayer, and messaging are supposed to be an integral part of imminent console gaming.

Well! Nothing can be said unless and until these gaming console majors make any official announcements. So, stay tuned to get more information on imminent gaming machines.

Summary of the article: Thirty years ago, in the seventies, a revolutionary device captured the gaming industry, it was a gaming console. Nowadays, gaming has become a powerful forte of the industry. It is popular with users of almost all age groups.

Researchers discover gene that is mutated in some blood cancers and predicts better survival

ScienceDaily (Sep. 26, 2011) ? Geneticists have discovered that a gene involved in the modification of ribonucleic acid (RNA) is mutated in a significant proportion of people with a collection of blood cancers called myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). The researchers found that mutations in the SF3B1 gene tended to be associated with a better prognosis, raising the possibility that patients could be screened for the mutation and their treatment tailored accordingly.

Dr. Elli Papaemmanuil told the 2011 European Multidisciplinary Cancer Congress that she and her colleagues found mutations of the SF3B1 gene in 20.3% of MDS patients and that it was closely associated with a particular feature of MDS called ring sideroblasts, which are found in bone marrow. "This is the first time that a close relationship between a mutated gene in MDS and specific feature of the disease has been detected. Mutations were found in about two-thirds (64.6%) of patients whose disease was defined by the presence of ring sideroblasts," says Dr. Papaemmanuil, who is a postdoctoral research fellow working at the Cancer Genome Project at the Wellcome Trust Genome Centre (Cambridge, UK) under the leadership of Dr. Peter Campbell.

"Further analysis showed that patients with the SF3B1 mutation had significantly better overall survival and leukemia-free survival compared to those without the mutation. This suggests that the SF3B1 mutations drive a benign form of MDS. As these mutations can be detected easily in blood samples taken from patients, it may be feasible to identify a group of MDS patients with a benign prognosis who could receive less aggressive treatment -- without recourse to an invasive bone marrow biopsy to look for the presence of ring sideroblasts."

Dr. Papaemmanuil's presentation to the congress coincides with the simultaneous publication of a paper about the research in the New England Journal of Medicine.

MDS are a diverse group of chronic malignancies of the blood. MDS patients often develop severe anemia and require frequent blood transfusions. Their blood cell counts can fall due to progressive bone marrow failure, and, for a subset of patients with MDS, their disease can progress into acute myelogenous leukemia (AML). MDS occur mostly in people aged 60 and over, and, as more people live longer, these syndromes have become the most prevalent myeloid cancer, with an incidence of around 20 cases per 100,000 of the population in the over-70s. Although several genes have been identified as mutated in MDS, all but one are mutated in only 5-15% of cases, and usually at a lower rate in the more benign subtypes of the disease.

Dr. Papaemmanuil and her colleagues used high throughput sequencing technology, also dubbed "massively parallel sequencing," to scan the genomes of nine MDS patients. Massively parallel sequencing enables researchers to work out the sequence order of the components of DNA (four nucleotides: A, C, G and T) in genetic material from the tumour. The purpose of this is to identify any somatically acquired mutations -- alterations in the DNA that have occurred after birth in the cancer cells that may be responsible for driving the malignancy.

They identified mutations in SF3B1, a gene that encodes a core component of RNA splicing machinery. RNA splicing is an important editing mechanism that controls the final sequence content of transcribed genetic material. To define the prevalence of the mutation, the researchers undertook targeted sequencing of the gene in 2,087 samples from patients with a range of myeloid and other common cancers (the samples were from blood, bone marrow or primary tumour cells). Somatic mutations of SF3B1 were found in 20.3% of patients with MDS, 5.3% of patients with AML and 2.9% in patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms (a related group of blood disorders). Interestingly, mutations in the same gene were also found in 1-5% of a range of other common cancers such as breast cancer, multiple myeloma and kidney cancer.

Dr. Papaemmanuil found a close relationship between the mutated gene and the presence of ring sideroblasts in the bone marrow; significant numbers of ring sideroblasts are found in over a quarter of MDS patients. Ringed sideroblasts are abnormal precursors to mature red blood cells, with a partial or complete ring of iron-laden mitochondria (energy generators) surrounding the nucleus of the cell. Their presence causes anemia because the body has iron available but is unable to incorporate it into haemoglobin, which red blood cells need to transport oxygen efficiently. Anemia is one of the symptoms of MDS.

"The close association between SF3B1 mutation and ring sideroblasts that we saw in these MDS patients is consistent with a causal relationship, and makes this the first gene to be strongly associated with a specific feature of MDS," said Dr. Papaemmanuil.

Data on how the patients fared were available for 123 of the MDS patients, of whom 34 had the SF3B1 mutation. The researchers found that patients with the mutation had a milder form of the disease, had significantly better overall survival and were less likely to survive without the disease transforming into leukemia, compared with patients without the mutation.

Dr. Papaemmanuil concluded, "MDS diagnosis and accurate classification still remains challenging. The identification of SF3B1 and the continuous characterisation of the underlying molecular mechanisms of this disease will provide useful insights that can directly inform both the understanding and clinical management of this disease. Our next step is to study a larger cohort of patients with MDS for the presence of known mutations such as the ones we identified in SF3B1, but also to continue to search for additional novel genes that may be mutated in this disease. A larger study population will also prove to be an invaluable resource in helping us quantify the clinical correlates of each mutation or group of mutations with clinical course and outcome."

A low cost secured loans can be found online | personal finance ...

personal finance budgeting Hi friend! If this is your first time visiting the personal finance budgeting, you may want to subscribe to the latest articles by email from the personal finance budgeting for free, Thank you.

A low cost secured loans can be found online, but can be time consuming and you have to know what you are comparing if you get the best deal. A much better way to get a few quotes from major UK lenders and easy to understand and all related information on the loan is to go to a site that specializes in secured loans and allow them to pursue on their behalf.

By going to a specialist website will make it easier when it comes to finding your debt and get all the information necessary to determine the terms and conditions of the loan, there are many things you can do before taking the best positions.

A low cost secured loan means that you need to place something as collateral against the money you borrow, and usually your home. These loans are awarded based on the amount of equity you have in your house, this is the amount remaining after deducting what is left to pay the mortgage from the value of your home. Because it might be worth to be worked out before actually asking for money, obviously, if you do not have sufficient collateral, then it may be rejected. Some lenders will lend up to 125% of the values, but for this you can expect to pay a higher interest rate.

With a good credit rating goes a long way to determine how easy it is to get a loan and while a better chance of getting cheap secured loans poor credit ratings, interest rates are affected. Taking the time to work on your credit score before applying for these loans is a big help when it comes to getting the best deals.

Another way to ensure you get the best deal and cheap low-cost loans guaranteed not to go overboard when it comes to deciding how much to borrow. Relax and know exactly how much you really need. Although it may be tempting to take a little more, remember that the loan will attract interest and gained many years, even adding a little more can add great interest. Amount of interest you have to pay will also depend on the amount you want to borrow so this is another reason why it is important to pay the lowest possible cost.

Once you have the promise for low cost secured loans it is important to include a comparison of interest rates also compare the key facts. Fine print is where you can find all the possible hidden costs, like if you want to pay the loan from the outset and make clear how much interest will be added to the loan amount and have the total cost.

In case you are searching through the web for more info about the sphere of personal finance budgeting, then please make sure to visit the URL which was mentioned in this passage.

BIBF 1120* in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer as effective ...

Results from a Phase I/II study among the few to have been selected for presentation in the Presidential Session at the 2011 European Multidisciplinary Cancer Congress (EMCC).

STOCKHOLM - Tuesday, September 27th 2011 [ME NewsWire]

(BUSINESS WIRE)? FOR NON-US MEDIA ONLY

Patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) receiving BIBF 1120* as first-line treatment in combination with mFOLFOX6 showed a median progression-free survival of 10.6 months which was equivalent to bevacizumab plus mFOLFOX6 in a randomised two arm phase II study enrolling a total of 126 patients. Importantly, only 34.1% of those patients taking BIBF 1120* experienced any kind of serious adverse events, versus 53.7% of those taking bevacizumab.

More detailed results from the trial are:

The objective response rate (ORR), a measure of tumour shrinkage, was 61.2% in the BIBF 1120* arm and 53.7% in the bevacizumab arm.
Patients receiving BIBF 1120* had a similar progression-free survival rate at 9 months to those taking bevacizumab (63% vs. 69%).
Importantly, patients on BIBF 1120* experienced a lower frequency of serious gastrointestinal adverse events than those receiving bevacizumab (11.8% vs. 29.3%).

The study is ongoing in order to collect overall survival data. Phase III trials with larger patient populations will be considered to confirm these positive results and to further investigate the potential of BIBF 1120* in mCRC.

Unlike other angiokinase inhibitors which only target one receptor, BIBF 1120* is a novel triple angiokinase inhibitor that blocks three growth factor receptors simultaneously (VEGFR 1-3, PDGFR alpha and beta and FGFR 1-3).1 All three receptor types play a critical role in the formation and maintenance of new blood vessels (angiogenesis).Their blockade may lead to the inhibition of angiogenesis, and may ultimately stop tumour growth and spread.2, 3

?These new study results hold promise for further investigation of BIBF 1120* in patients suffering from advanced colorectal carcinoma,? said Prof Eric Van Cutsem, lead investigator for the trial, and Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Leuven, Belgium. ?It is utterly important to provide therapeutic options to our patients with less serious treatment complications, which is particularly significant as these patients have advanced disease. I would very much look forward to seeing further results to confirm the potential of BIBF 1120* in this patient population.?

*BIBF 1120* has also demonstrated potential in other cancer types, and is currently in phase III development in lung and ovarian cancer.

About Trial Nr. NCT 00904839 The primary objective of this Phase I/II study was to evaluate progression free survival (PFS) rate at 9 months of patients receiving BIBF 1120 in combination with mFOLFOX6 compared to patients receiving bevacizumab combined with mFOLFOX6 in first line metastatic colorectal cancer. PFS rate was defined as the percentage of patients whose disease did not progress 9 months after the treatment had started.

The Cursed Libretto ((A Short Story in Demonic World) (Part One Of ...

(Or: The story of Professor Greenwood and Mr. Durant)

Notre Dame in pairs France

The story of Professor Greenwood and Mr. Durant

Part one of three

Mr. Durant and Mr. Greenwood were two scientists who lived at the turn of the twentieth century (but the specific time that we are talking about here is: 1917) to less than 100 years ago in Paris, France, was once one of Mr. Durant leader of a group of scholars and Professor GreenwoodLectures at the University of Paris.

Up to this point, to root the time of this story, both men had made what could be done as: a simple and quiet life, even if within the city of Paris, were also known by many scholars, and a bit 'of the public heard, but little more. It was all change soon, to Mr. Durant and Professor Greenwood for a manuscript that he had found just under the year 200 BC, in the cellars once lived in the house of Victor Hugo ( who was a senatorin Paris in mid-1850).

"You know," Greenwood said Professor Durant in the library, Mr. Durant, "this could be useful in many ways."

"I did it last night," said the professor, "I agree that for many" the many could be sold. "

"What we name this script without a name?" asked Mr. Durant.

"Yes, it should have a name on its content," said the professor.

So both sat in the library overlooking the old manuscript, written inan old Albanian dialect, which can give back to 7000 BC, written in 200 BC in a clearer form of the same language, it is Professor Greenwood and Mr. Durant were skilled

The professor had Languages ??for life and the mysteries of the unknown world of the old studies, or otherwise known as the Shining Ones, the Angelic Renegades, and he knew that he kept records of their spells and Azaz'el, a leader of the twenty 200-100renegade, taught a few people took place 400-100 years before the Flood, had he taught them how to kill with magic swords and other weapons. The book explains the methods Azaz'el, magic and mystery. E 'indicated no living creature can be conquered, but first had to gather the energy to do it, and the secret power of this energy within a person could be seen in two worlds that resist has the elements of earth and the hard "cosmic universe , also a journey through time and see what ideaswere in a spirit enemy before the enemy's plans are implemented, this is a document or book or manuscript was actually a charming little book of words and lines of words.

Mr. Durant read and reread the book looks at the chart of spells in it for a long time, and today he had brought with him his ideas for the meeting with the professor. And the teacher said the book should be called, 'Set Azaz'el old laws of war. "

"This might work," said the professor.

"WithImplementation of these spells, and learn the secrets of the Angelic Renegades that time, we may be able to get the things our way, perhaps without the interference of the government, "Durant said the professor.

Both have decided to test this new idea, but before Mr. Durant wanted to find the right place for the implementation of his experiment was, in 1917, the First World War was in progress. They had on the Western Front, go to Flanders as known, in a town called Ypres, the area aroundYpres salient was known as, has chosen this area because it was fought from 1914 until the end of the war in 1918, unknown, of course, at this moment in time, only that it was in progress. Both are buried in Ypres Cloth Hall, which was burned in 1914.

It was 30 July 1917, Mr. Durant and the professor is a funny farm, and not isolated in the northeast near Passchendaele church, a small village, five miles from Ypres, the night after the battle, which takes over the restthe next day. And so he did, and lay up to 10 November, and the main thing was, the professor and Durant was read this book with its magic, and build an invisible wall to get mentally so the Germans in Ypres, because it was close to the battlements. And it was later said, Ypres was sacked, but was never, and nobody knew why, but the Germans seemed to have erased from their minds. But the church was completely Passchendaeledestroyed by the bombing.

All this seemed perfect for the professor and Mr. Durant. But both returned to Paris, asked a young couple to help them in another experiment, as couples were Mr. and Mrs. Sexton.

"Yes, sir," Mr. Sexton said: "I understand you plan to use me and my wife and our apartment for your experiments," and both spouses Sexton signed an agreement for several weeks to work with the professor and a gentleman. Durant, who hopes for a success thathad sought to help financially and he did, and all four lived in an apartment for the average time.

The professor in the late evening of 25 October 1917, was sitting quietly on a chair while the couple slept, and Mr. Durant said what he had done while he was away in London in the last week.

"I'm sure that tells you that he not done what I did, but nevertheless, I cast a spell on the pair volume Azaz'el sleep each night, while theyasleep.

"But why, they are aggressive, if not militant?" Mr. Durant said the professor.

"He's always mentally aggressive, and his muscle tone is still evident, his reflexes faster as I saw him yesterday on purpose run into an unknown journey, a guy who went looking for trouble," said the professor.

"From what you told me," Durant said, "Mr. Sexton either a woman or a warrior will be right back!"

"And so you willWoman, "said the professor, adding," until I saw the victory in Flanders, I have not really trust in this book of spells, and the war, and our little experiment is now my faith in the book included. "

-In the sixth week, Mr. Durant and the professor moved out of the house and return to their homes, had promised to pay the $ 1000 dollars, the Sexton. They were soon to discover by the December 1917 there were a large number of strangulation in Paris, especially inLexington Gardens. Reports that appeared in the newspapers that a young man and a woman had seven strangers, some old, some young and even a school aged students were killed.

On another occasion, in January 1918, the Professor and Mr. Durant, with coffee at the Caf? de Flore, about this couple who read more than a cripple on crutches own, with his horse and wagon, and not to help stop later.

Mr. Durant was finally put two and two together, connected with the murders in a carriage accident, saying it was the carelessness of his companion was in progress, the couple was arguing that Sexton.

"Killer Extra! Extra! Kills again near the Eiffel Tower!" A newspaper boy, stars as Jack screamed.

When she heard Mr. Durant that, he grabbed a newspaper paid the guy, and he and the professor looked at him, a policeman was killed, hit over the head with a blunt instrument, and cut off his head.

TheProfessor was speechless, shaking bar with a cup of coffee in hand on the outside.

"And" the magic of it, everything is crazy in the head of the Sexton, who kills his wife as soon as I expect, I'm afraid for you and me! "Said the professor.

"Calm yourself, my friend, do not do what you have done, but you did, and now we have to find a solution is simple."

"I think I was too excited to think about things or wait to come back to London, so Idamn him for several nights in a row. We have come to Ms. Sexton, I believe that they are not as magic as it floods, "said the professor.

But Mrs Sexton would not be there when the Professor and Mr. Durant wanted to see it in her apartment, she was no more, he prepared his clothes and trips to the station, to the things he has written, is the professor was the spell she had sung for her at night during the night. He wanted to kill his mother in London, sold itsProperties and return to her husband.

As he was headed for the station, Mr. Durant and the professor had ridden by their trainer. They took pity was with her, and Mr. Sexton eat at a bar to his lunch.

At the station, hurried to the pier four, and got his train, he saw an elderly lady with her grandson, his heart pumping malice. However, he found his seat and sat there in silence, the old lady and her boy before.

The child, a boyseemed maybe eleven have caused a lot of emotion, it's his birthday was, and was moved to London after his mother and his father attend to, was the child's grandmother, who was talking about a storm caring.

"Good God!" Sally Sexton said, the boy sits alone now, "it seems you should have to eat some sweets and something you look hungry."

"No, I'm too excited to hungry young lady, but ?" before the boy could say another word, Sally came back with a cake in hisHands to the boy, gave him and Sally sitting on the seat and fell asleep. "

Back to the grandmother, that appeared within an hour or so she left and returned with bread and water, the boy was eaten that Sally had, and he was asleep when Sally. After another hour, finally, the grandmother woke him up, gave him bread and Sally woke up at the same time began to walk around the train seemed to be gonethe train stopped, and was seen as through a door, and then disappeared again. The grandmother had discovered, by watching the crumbs of the cake, the boy had eaten something, when she was away, perhaps to her sitting through this strange woman gave them, at least that was his best, and would have told the police, the boy was very sick a few days later, read the London paper "boy dies, poisoned by train from Paris ?!" And a sketch of Sally was poordesigned for the newspaper.

New in this murder quickly spread to newspapers in Paris.

"This is getting out of hand," Durant said Professor Greenwood is at the bar eating Lipp.

Suddenly, the professor was attacked by a pain in the chest.

Just then Roger Anderson, a writer from America, they said: "I want to know this case better to learn about the couple known to kill, I could write a novel about it, I think this woman is the samewho helps her husband to kill their prey to town here, what do you think scholars? "

Both nodded, as if everything is Greek to them, continue their chicken soup, such as Roger eat sitting down beside her to read the newspaper, adding: "I know the guy can not with any kind of guess who found I But I suggest you buy a gun, and a lot of bullets if you try to strangle two old coots are. "And he laughed.

-A few hours later, his mother Sally SextonLearned at home in London, his mother, and both talked about around the kitchen table. Then put the few things he had brought with her a small bag in the room. She spoke aloud and said: "Well my dear man, you will see how a murder should be treated" And then went back with her widowed mother to speak.

Spoke directly to the professor and Mr. Durant with Roger Anderson, went to a gun shop near a good idea was fed. Eachbought back a gun, loaded and launched her second trip home Sexton, which were about an end to this massacre useless (why was not going to the police, that you want to implement, at the end down the ages, live their last days behind bars).

The professor was the only way to destroy Mr. Sexton was waiting in his apartment, and when he came home to shoot him, Mr. Durant would have been looking for him, as the professor was behind the secondCorner of the floor in the hallway, to Mr. Durant said: "If we leave this to make the police, and somehow all the mistakes that will never be solved."

When Mr. Sexton entered the hall, everything was very quiet, nodded Mr. Durant, the professor who came up the stairs, suddenly a rat ran across the hall, and the professor thought the noise was Sexton, a bit closed-to-peer by the hallway, he saw Sexton, Mr. Durant hidden under a bow door, looking both noweach other, and the professor is his weapon. Then he said to the dead came to look, his face shocked him, he looked in his fifties, and he was actually in his early twenties.

They threw the body in the apartment when she heard footsteps on the stairs in the hallway, and as quickly and came back down to escape the fire.

Meanwhile, Sally was asked stimulation of the house and to kill when exactly to his mother about it. He was an only child and knew that heinherit everything there was to inherit. He heard his mother is sleeping rings on her bed, snoring is that, since it occurred, why they kill with a knife when he entered the house a fire, and they in, and then collect the insurance, you save your time from the sale of home, always had the insurance, so why not.

"It's done!" he said, and the house burned to the ground, the mother hides screaming from the bedroom window, and Sally outside behind a tree.

Suddenly he heard the fire, and ran to the house, shouting: "My mother is here, my mother in there!"

"What happened?" Said one of the firefighters who have started to hose the house with water. Sally was stunned for words, and then a man yelling orders. Within minutes the house was razed to the ground as firefighters brought several pipes to the house.

Was for a while, "everyone busy, then all was quiet, the fire was burning and smoke filled the room. You could see rats and cats andDogs run. Some of the firefighters tried to enter the house, but it was useless, too much fire and smoke. And after the fire, the dead body from the remains of the house was towed. For her, Sally has only one great adventure seemed, but when he discovers that the house had its security is lost for the lack of updating their insurance benefits (obviously the mother was deprived of funds), did not say anything and just after return to Paris, the first train he could find in Londonalmost indifferent to this whole mess.

"Must also be killed," the professor said to Mr. Durant, "every time she comes back and it was very likely that the fire in London last week. I'll bet that now is in the city. Too bad he does not two puts and two together and figure out, Mr. Sexton was the actual killer, then we should not do the job to kill them would it be? "

Mr. Durant nodded approvingly.

Early the next morning, sat both Mr. Durant and the professor inactivetheir transport home awaits Mr. Sexton Sally. Despite all the disasters that resulted in London, and now to discover her husband had been murdered, he still felt the ax one of the two, perhaps not only for the search for the proper use of his deadly skills. But his mind is, would never be the same, and knew the teacher.

The Sally liked most was that she always famous, or infamous, but it would have taken his photo in newspapers, rather than the unknown woman with a famous husband.

Some people have shown for the funeral of her husband, to Mr. Durant and the professor are. In fact, after tea and coffee in a bar

"How was the experiment?" he asked a professor who innocently.

"I do not really know?" He said.

"Well, as I could," he said with a smile.

"I feel would be honored to know," he asked again.

Then the Lord appeared and sat Hamcaterwith the trio.

"I asked Professor Greenwood, where in God's name you have not heard about the two murders take place in Paris. It is the most important thing you will ever have the opportunity to speak"

When they looked at each other without words, a new person interested in the conversation, sat and passed, to hear, Dr. Hucklebone, GP Mr. Durant. He saw the worry in his face and asked what he made so;was above all a happy, unmarried girls.

"I have a feeling," said Lord Hamcater, "you've discovered something great, and it is maintained by us at the club which is not for six months or have been so?"

"Hamcater Lord, you have an old friend you do not," said the professor, "and I have to be careful, of course, so that's what I've learned not from the hand."

"But maybe we can all benefit from it, tell me what you're doing?" asked Lord Hamcater.

Then Dr.Hucklebone took the name of the woman wrote, and felt that he might after his visit to find out what all the talk of this experiment they were, they knew Mr. Durant and the professor has written numerous articles for the magazines in Paris, and maybe he could get something from this and make a few dollars.

That evening, Sat Professor Greenwood and Mr. Durant to a cozy fire in the fireplace in the house of Mr. Durant, trying to figure out their nextStep.

"In theory we should get our secret Hamcater Lord knows a lot of people who could help, I really do not know what we do," Durant said the professor.

"Well, you end up having the same problem, call the police, and do it now for murder, and nobody can prove he did something, and I doubt this Hamcater want anyway. It does not matter what we a mad head created woman, she did not even know she mad. And if the power supplyIn this sense, we had the same problem all over again. It is better to destroy the book is cursed, and maybe we are. "

"Sometimes," Durant said, "I think you're right, but we should not fear it, is in the world is not Azaz'el them, and they alone can not stop now, no matter what, I am a coward, you must be brave! "

-At this time, Dr. Hucklebone matters into their own hands. It was about the age of the professor, sixty or so, a brief butlarge bone man came into the carriage with Mrs. Sexton. He climbed the stairs to a little "off notifications, knocked on her door and she let him in, after a brief introduction.

"I ask myself," said Dr. Hucklebone trying to figure out what the professor wanted the Sexton, "exactly what those two boys to Mrs. Sexton with you?"

But only about the experiment in order to make money regardless, but it was not really worried about him, that neglectmade, and at this point have only the puzzle together.

"I'm not sure what he was doing," Sexton said, "only those who lived here for 6 weeks, gave us some money, my husband and I, and sang a few songs in the night, a couple of my dreams seemed to put me back to a time when there was a huge angel big war of any kind, is the person who called from the main Azaz'el name, and in my dreams, he ordered a group of angels who taught men how the war, to kill, these things. This Azaz'el one day I found, and made me his dragon, took me and my husband out of love for me has become a giant eel, and ate all the people around me, as if they were sheep, which are and apparently were my dreams reality. "

"I think that was more in the order of a nightmare than a dream," said the doctor.

"I remember in one of those dreams, instead of many angelic beings wanted a meeting, they stop Azaz'el, but it was too powerful, and it seemed that theProfessor to sing the night away in his magic words, words, lines, and obtained for me and I had, like the people in the days when they wore tunics dress. But I'm more powerful as they are fed to me. "

The doctor was very taken by it all, he slowly drank the tea he offered.

In the meantime, Professor Greenwood and Mr. Durant, their conversation, leaving their old friend Lord Hamcater. It was the day after police found Hucklebone Doctorwith a broken neck and side with his coach. It was at this point, Sally Sexton, began to understand that the professor had a kind of demon in her by magic spells, incantations, it seemed so taken. One that looked like it was forced to order them to his character, the will of the invaders are subjected. As if the devil had need of a shell of his evil deed, and she was. What little control he had was rarely found, and brought to the surfaceAbility and timing, if the intruder was missing.

Call a Qualified Auto Insurance Agent When Adding a Car to Your

You are here: Home // Insurance, Sponsored // Call a Qualified Auto Insurance Agent When Adding a Car to Your Household

Buying a new or used vehicle for a member of your household can be an exciting time. Whether the auto is for your spouse or a new teen driver, it is a liberating feeling that the family will not have to drive the other person around town anymore. When a new vehicle is added, it is crucial to remember to update your car insurance. Auto insurance does not automatically cover another vehicle, so it is advised to call an insurance agent promptly.

If an individual has an opportunity to call their insurance agent before purchasing the vehicle, it can save them some serious cash. The vehicle model, make, safety features, and the person primarily driving the car all influence the monthly premium. Features such as automatic seatbelts, anti-lock brakes, air bags, and car alarms can equal big savings. Some auto insurers also offer good student and good driver discounts, so be sure to ask your agent about all the ways to cut down the monthly premium. So if you are deciding between two to three different autos, an insurance agent will advise you of which one is going to save you the most money.

Auto insurance ??protects your financial future,? said Zeid Nasser from The College Driver. ?People often think of their immediate finances, but a lawsuit from a serious accident will follow you and ruin your financial future. Another thought is that having the right coverage will protect you and your family from medical disasters.?

Adding a car to your insurance through your current insurance agent can save you money overall. Many insurance companies will give discounts to people who have more than one vehicle in their policy. This also saves a lot of the hassle of new paperwork, coverage amounts, and multiple agents. Many drivers elect to have the same amounts for collision and comprehensive insurance, bodily injury, and uninsured motorist coverage.

Take 10 minutes out of your busy day and call a qualified auto insurance company to review your current policy and ensure that the coverage for your new vehicle is adequate. The agent will let you know of any auto insurance policy changes or better coverage for your money. They will also give you options with different insurance carriers and will guide you through getting new auto insurance cards.

In Central Florida, the Florida Insurance Group has helped many individuals and families get the best Orlando auto insurance quote for their new vehicle. They have access to 40 insurance companies to find the best coverage for your money. They have more than 20 years of working with clients online and over the phone to find the best policies.

President Abbas declares 'Palestinian Spring'

(AP) ? Thousands of Palestinians cheering and waving flags gave President Mahmoud Abbas a hero's welcome in the West Bank Sunday, as he told them triumphantly a "Palestinian Spring" had been born following his historic speech to the U.N. last week.

Abbas' popularity has skyrocketed since he asked the U.N. on Friday to recognize Palestinian independence, defying appeals from Israel and the United States to return to peace talks. His request has pushed the region into uncharted waters, and left the international community scrambling over how to respond.

Thousands of people crowded Abbas' West Bank headquarters in the city of Ramallah to get a glimpse of the 76-year-old president upon his return from New York. Abbas was uncharacteristically animated, shaking his hands and waving to the audience.

Abbas compared his campaign to the Arab Spring, the mass demonstrations sweeping the Arab world in hopes of freedom, saying that an independent Palestinian state is inevitable.

"We have told the world that there is the Arab Spring, but the Palestinian Spring has been born," he said. "A popular spring, a populist spring, a spring of peaceful struggle that will reach its goal."

He warned that the Palestinians face a "long path" ahead. "There are those who would put out obstacles ... but with your presence they will fall and we will reach our end."

The Palestinians want an independent state in the West Bank, east Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip, territories captured by Israel in the 1967 Mideast war.

Israel says it's ready for peace talks, but has rejected Palestinian calls to freeze construction of Jewish settlements in lands claimed by the Palestinians. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has also rejected Palestinian demands that the borders between Israel and a future Palestine be based on the 1967 pre-war lines.

Abbas last week asked the U.N. Security Council to grant the Palestinians full U.N. membership. The Security Council is expected to study the request for several weeks before making a decision, though the U.S. ? Israel's closest ally ? has promised to veto the request if it proceeds.

As an alternative, the Palestinians say they will seek lesser observer status in the General Assembly ? short of full statehood but a position that would allow them to join international bodies where they could push their agenda against Israel.

The international Quartet of Mideast mediators ? the U.S., EU, Russia and U.N. ? last week issued a statement calling for a resumption of peace talks without preconditions and a target for a final agreement by the end of 2012.

Abbas has signaled he will reject the Quartet's plan, while Israel has hinted it accepts it.

Thus, Orcollo and Arpilleda are expected to show their wares when the 2011 BSCP National Championships gets underway on October 3-11 at the Star Billiards Center in Grace Village, Quezon City.

According to BSCP chairman Florentino ?Yen? Makabenta, to highlight this year?s championship, the BSCP will adopt a three-game format for the tournament. In the battle for the men?s championship, the players will compete in three disciplines ? eight ball, nine-ball and ten-ball ? each a tournament in its own right.

The 2011 men?s national champion will be determined based on total points garnered by each player from all three tournaments.

Points will be assigned to players based on their order of finish in each event. In the women?s championship, women players will only compete in one 10-ball event.

In the women?s championship, women players will only compete in one 10-ball event. A total prize fund of P800,000 await the winners of the three tournaments and the grand national championship.

Because of the grueling format adopted in the men?s championship, ?whoever emerges as the winner will be the truest national champion ever,? says BSCP spokesman Butch Argonza.

He explained that the BSCP adopted the format with a view to accelerating the development of cue sports in the country and defending the country?s image as the leading pool-playing nation in the world.

?As the rest of the world have gotten better at pool, it is important that Filipino players excel in all pool games. We have to maintain our edge,? he said.

BSCP, AKTV, Star Billiards and Raya Sports have joined together in mounting this year?s championships.

AKTV on IBC 13 will broadcast the event. Raya Sports will organize and promote the tournament. Star Billiards, under BSCP president Sebastian Chua, will host the nine-day pool extravaganza.

Top-ranking Filipino players, as well as young fast-rising players are expected to join the competition.
?We are expecting a minimum number of 64 players to join each of the three tournaments,? says tournament coordinator Sol Gueco.

The full schedule of the 2011 National championships is as follows:

Men?s 8-Ball tournament (October 3 to 4, Men?s 9-Ball tournament October 5 to 6, Men?s 10-Ball tournament (October 7 to 8, Women?s championship (10-ball only, (October 6 to 8).

The finals of all tournaments will be held on three successive days: October 9, October 10, and October 11.

Registration in the tournament is now ongoing. To register, call Sol Gueco at (0910)887-5216; or Edgar Acaba, BSCP secretary-general (0916)573-1458.

MJ Rosenberg: On Israel & Palestine, Barack Obama Is Rick Perry

President Obama's speech to the General Assembly succeeded in making clear why the Palestinians had no choice but to take their statehood bid to the UN and why the United States can no longer pretend to be an "honest broker" in the conflict.

For the first time since the U.N. conferred statehood on Israel 63 years ago, a U.S President told the international community that the United States will back Israel, right or wrong -- and Israel is never wrong. Gov. Rick Perry gave a similar speech to a group of "pro-Israel" right-wingers earlier in the week but he is not president so his speech was different, except for the motivation which is the same.

Both speeches were standard "pro-Israel" campaign bloviating, but Perry gave his on the campaign trail and not in front of the entire world. (I hesitate to call any speech opposing the Palestinian statehood bid at the U.N. "pro-Israel" when the latest comprehensive poll on the subject says that 70 percent of Israelis support it).

The very best explanation of what Obama did at the United Nations came from Daniel Levy, a British citizen who moved to Israel right out of college 18 years ago. Levy's quote appeared on page 1 of the Washington Post.

"There is virtually no thread of reason running between the way he [Obama] related to the rest of the world and its developments, particularly in the Middle East, and the positions he espoused on Israel-Palestine -- a conflict apparently occurring on another planet," said Daniel Levy, co-director of the Middle East Task Force at the New America Foundation. "Palestinian freedoms, rights and self-determination are somehow supposed to be attained without the recourse to leverage, international law or meaningful international support, considered to be necessary and legitimate virtually everywhere else."

Of course, there is one "thread" although it is not of "reason." Every word in Obama's speech was designed not to advance a resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict but to keep single-issue (Israel) donors and, to a lesser extent, voters in his camp for the 2012 election. Not a week goes by that the White House, not the campaign but the White House, sends emails out to people it deems Israel voters to remind them of all the wonderful things this president has done for Israel. One recently was dedicated to citing quotes from Prime Minister Netanyahu praising Obama, the first time in memory that a president sought to validate himself by quoting the likes of Netanyahu or any foreign leader.

Unfortunately, Obama isn't lying about his "pro-Israel" record either. This administration has been the most one-sided supporter of everything Israel asks for in history. There is simply no competition.

Not even George W. Bush comes close. When the Israelis, following Obama's election, asked Bush to give Israel permission to bomb Iran, he said "no," despite his Vice President and neocon aides who pushed the Israeli position hard. Bush also did more than Obama to advance the peace process the Israeli right hates so much, convening an international summit at Aqaba and being the first president to say, in unambiguous terms, that the United States fully supports "two states, Israel and Palestine, living side by side in peace and security."

On Israel, Obama is to the right of Bush or Reagan and certainly Clinton. On Israel and Palestine, Barack Obama is Rick Perry.

Of course, none of Obama's outrageous pandering to Netanyahu and his acolytes here impresses the Israel Firsters. They disliked Obama from day one, for all kinds of obvious reasons, and they condemned his United Nations speech, as typically anti-Israel.

They are lying and they know it. But, they are adherents of the Mitch McConnell school: they have only one goal which is to defeat this president. And although privately they celebrate their amazing success at intimidating Obama into submission, publicly they denounce him and send scary emails to old people in Florida that Obama wants to destroy Israel.

So, at bottom, these Obama speeches and love-ins with Netanyahu accomplish nothing for Obama. The "Israel First" crowd (3 percent of the Jewish community) will take their money and votes elsewhere.

And Netanyahu will, working from Jerusalem, do everything he can to help the Republicans. It's almost funny how these people would exchange the person who is, looking at it from their "pro- occupation at all costs" vantage point the most "pro-Israel" president ever for an unknown quantity like Perry or Romney. After all, a Republican, not dependent on their campaign dollars as Obama is, could well turn out to approach Israel with more skepticism than Obama.

But it's a game. Netanyahu and the lobby want to defeat Obama to show that they can demonstrate yet again who calls the shots on U.S. Middle East policy.

But forget the campaign for a moment (which is what Obama should have done when addressing the United Nations). The president's speech was an embarrassing disaster. Since 2009, 1,600 Palestinians (overwhelmingly civilians and over 400 children) were killed at the hands of the Israeli army. The number of Israelis killed over the same period was 13. And yet Obama devoted 120 words of his speech to Israeli suffering (even citing the Holocaust) and not one word to Palestinian suffering.

Example: an Australian newspaper reports on a new film about the tragedy of Palestinian women in Gaza (under full Israeli blockade) who are dying of breast cancer because Israel does not permit them to leave Gaza for treatment.

Breast cancer in Gaza is often diagnosed at an advanced stage and the surgical remedies available inside Gaza are not sufficient to treat it. Women must then apply for permits to leave Gaza for treatment in surrounding countries. This is a lengthy process, and often their permits are arbitrarily revoked at the checkpoints. As a result, many women die waiting for treatment.

"Regardless of the reasons for the blockade of Gaza, women should not be left to die of breast cancer," said Misha Coleman, CEO of Anglicord, who recently led a delegation of Australian Parliamentarians to Palestine to learn about the impact of the blockade.

"Radiation treatment is not available in Gaza, because the importation of radioactive material is prohibited," Ms Coleman said. "Chemotherapy, the other mainstay of breast cancer treatment, is also not available, due to the unreliable provision of medications."

One could go on and on about the horrors of the occupation but it won't matter to the politicians who determine U.S. foreign policy. They know which side their bread is buttered on, as Obama demonstrated at the U.N. this week.

But, I'm surprised to say, Obama did Palestinians and the 70 percent of Israelis who support statehood a real favor. By demonstrating that the United States refuses to play the role of "honest broker," by telling the U.N. that we are Israel and Israel is us, the United States is yielding the role of Middle East peacemaker to others.

The Europeans, the Turks, the Indians, Brazilians, Chinese and Russians don't agree on much but they do agree on the urgency of the creation of a Palestinian state in the areas occupied in 1967. And they agree that the United States, no longer the superpower it once was, should move over and let countries not fully invested in one side to take over.

Those who wonder how these "other countries" could exert the leadership the U.S. has abdicated might consider the issue of economics, trade, etc. Israel does not live on an island with the United States. It is part of the world and not even the United States and the $3.5 billion it hands over to Israel each year (no strings attached) can save Israel if the rest of the world says "enough."

Obama has chosen to abdicate. I have no doubt that the rest of the world will step up.

Nor do I have any doubt that the State of Palestine was created this week at the United Nations. With that speech, Obama did a tremendous favor to Palestinians and Israelis both. Palestinians will have their fully sovereign, contiguous state. And the Jewish State of Israel will finally be secure. As Israelis like to say, "yhiyeh tov." Everything will be fine.
